Wonderful cuisine, service, and nice shop overall. I really enjoyed the sesame chicken and mango rice the most out of my visits here. Really recommend the pho and other soups as well. A little bit pricey but really not too bad if you don't order an appetizer or dessert with your meal. Otherwise a great little spot to treat yourself and family.
I had the Bun Bo Hue - spicy lemon grass and beef soup. The broth was delicious, the noodles were perfect. Had a little bite and can add more chili oil if needed. We also had spring rolls and kimchi which were both delicious as well. Great service, and nice atmosphere. The lady leaving when we got there complemented saying “the best Vietnamese food I’ve had since I was in Seattle”. We will be going back again!
A captivating and absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we opened the boxes, until the last bite- our 5 senses were on a journey. It looked inviting, smelled tempting, and tasted like a dream come true. We will be back for more...this is the start of a beautiful new friendship. Just Pho You is one of Alamogordo’s best kept secrets! My family and I come here regularly because the food is outta this world. Our favorites include the pot stickers, chicken pho, or beef pho. The pho is already good on its own, but the lime and Sriracha sauce top it off nicely! The chicken pho is especially good when you’re feeling a little under the weather or stuffy. The owner is usually the one who serves and waits tables, so it can get backed up when there’s a lot of people. Regardless of the wait, the food is worth it!

Delicious. The spring rolls were light and satisfying. The Beef Pho was flavorful and hearty, I added some siraccha and a little soy sauce for a small kick of spice, it does come with sliced jalapenos in case you like it extra spicy. The spicy soup my husband ordered the Bun Bo Hue, was packed with flavor and meat, it was very filling. If you don’t like fish, I would skip that one because it had a slight fishy taste to it, probably due to fish sauce. The pot stickers were fried and had a nice crisp on the outside. My little daughter devoured them! The iced chai tea was sweet and delicious, it really curbed my sweet tooth and thirst. Everything was absolutely great at this restaurant! The food was delicious! The staff/waitress/cashier were all super friendly and greeted us with a smile. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms. They do close early, make sure you call or look up the hours so you don’t make a wasted trip. Definitely try this place!
I had a big bowl of chicken pho and it was delicious! Service and atmosphere and decorations were great. A very positive experience. Got me charged up for a long ride all the way back to Las Vegas, New Mexico! (4 hours or so).
Atmosphere, well, it's a pho place, but I was comfy Under 32, not including tip, with 2 teas. The tea is superb. Busy on new years eve day, with only Mrs. running the floor,but we were in no hurry, and she is very nice. Brought me powered creamer for my tea ( I know, sacrilege, heh).
